Thank you for the 5 star review. If you will view other communities around the area, you will see that our rates are equal to or lower and includes trash, pest control, and the renters liability damage waiver insurance.

|Recommended: YesWonderful First Apartment — I've had nothing but amazing experiences from living here. The property staff are helpful and kind, and the maintenance staff are much the same. The apartment looks amazing and was well cleaned and repaired before moving in. So far, my only complaint is the door to the air conditioning and water heater that they haven't been able to find a replacement for yet, and they've been very apparent in trying.

|Recommended: YesApartment Is Amazing Parking Is Not. — Apartment is terrific. Customer service has always been amazing as well same day usually same hour response time and when our ac went out maintence was there with a fix in less than an hour. Excellent size and tons of living room and kitchen space to fill with whatever you like. Community is almost perfect as well. Great diverse group of people. Only downside is the parking. 4 out of the 7 days of the week I will have to park 2-3 buildings over because of all the people double parking their nice cars. Other than that I have had 0 complaints and would happily recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, quiet apartment with amazing layouts.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Nice But I See Some Residents That Care About This Community — Nice but don’t rent a 3 bedroom downstairs because some residents let their children run and jump in the apartment it causes light fixtures to shake and that’s all you can hear when watching tv

|Recommended: YesOutlaw 40-207 — It’s great , I love it already . The management staff has been awesome , answered every question with the answer I needed , and have made sure I was good the whole process. I really appreciate them for being patient with me. Plan on making this my home for a while .

|Recommended: NoNeed Assigned Parking — Parking has become an issue over the past years I have suggested assigned parking for tenants multiple times over the years. Please consider, as we pay enough in rent to have assigned tenant parking.
Yes ma'am, we are in the process of getting our parking lots paved within the next few weeks. As soon as we get them paved, we will be coming up with a system to better assist with the parking.
