We apologize for the noise. Next time there is loud noise, please contact the Civic Center Leasing Office at 662-280-9445 so we can resolve the issue. If you dial the office number after hours, there is an option you can choose for the courtesy officer. We have a courtesy officer who lives on site for instances such as these.

|Recommended: YesConvenient And Comfortable — Nice floorpan, sufficient parking, helpful staff. Building is dirty outside, but grounds are kept up. Suggest closer review of building maintenance needs.
|Recommended: YesI Love Where I Live — I love these apartments, and the hospitality is great . However the parking for my building is horrible.
There’s no available parking directly in front of my building building 34 due to the building being at the end in a cut. There’s a passage walkway leading to the doors. At night, and In extreme weather conditions it’s uncomfortable to make extended walks with my kid and or groceries. It’s very inconvenient that I have to walk down the road pass multiple taken slots of other residents, because of the lack of parking availability.

We do order professional custom cabinet doors, as well as top grade lighting fixtures, and we have professional contractors who install them as well as do the countertops and install the wood plank flooring.
